Adam is a business litigation attorney with over 10 years of experience handling complex commercial cases in both state and federal courts. After he took a break to travel the world for almost a year, Adam realized a longtime goal by opening his own law firm. This move allows him to focus on providing more personal and efficient legal services to his clients.
Adam has represented clients ranging everywhere from Fortune 50 corporations, to mid-sized companies, to family-owned businesses and individuals. His clients have been in industries that include real estate, healthcare, municipal government, IT, manufacturing, construction, insurance, and banking/finance.
Over the years, Adam has handled cases that involved – among other things – breach of contract, business torts (fraud, breach of duty, etc.), condemnation/eminent domain, trade secrets and unfair competition, securities fraud and insider trading, construction and real estate, insurance coverage, and residential/commercial mortgages and foreclosures. You can review a list of his representative cases here.
Before starting his own firm, Adam worked in the litigation departments at two large Atlanta law firms: Morris, Manning & Martin and Locke Lord. He has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine, and a “Legal Elite” by Georgia Trend magazine. He received his undergraduate degree from Georgia Tech, and his law degree from Syracuse University, where he attended on a full-tuition merit scholarship, and was a member of the Law Review.
Adam grew up in Clayton County, Georgia, and he currently lives in Midtown Atlanta, a community that he loves. He is the oldest of five siblings, and an uncle to four nieces and nephews. He has both the cutest dog and the cutest cat in the world. He is also an adjunct pre-law professor at Georgia Tech, and serves as a Fulton County Poll Worker during election season.
